Far Edge Studio LLC ("Far Edge Studio," "we," "us," or "our") operates faredgestudio.com and the software products and services we make available under the Far Edge Studio name (together, the "Service").

This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, our contact form, and products we operate. Client work performed under a separate agreement is covered by that agreement. When a product belongs to a client, that client's privacy policy applies.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Name, company, email address, phone number, and the message you send through our contact form
• Account details, such as your name and email, if you create an account in a Far Edge Studio product
• Anything you include when you email us at info@faredgestudio.com

Information collected automatically

• Usage data such as pages visited, browser type, device type, referring site, and an approximate location derived from your IP address
• Device and diagnostic data when you use a Far Edge Studio app
• Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site and understand how it is used

We use Google Analytics to measure traffic on this website. You can read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Payments

When a Far Edge Studio product offers a purchase or subscription, payment details are collected by the payment provider, such as Apple, Google, or Stripe. We do not store your card number. That provider's privacy policy governs the payment.

How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service
• To understand how the website and our products are used
• To send service messages, and marketing only where you asked for it or where the law allows it. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information.

We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf, including website hosting, email and form delivery, analytics, and payment processors when you buy something. Our contact form is processed by Campaign Monitor. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or similar business transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to you, operate the Service, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can refuse cookies in your browser. Some parts of the Service may not work without them. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing info@faredgestudio.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we respond. We keep some information where the law requires it.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy of your information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the effective date above. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the updated policy.
