These terms govern your use of the Far Edge Studio website and the software products and services Far Edge Studio LLC ("Far Edge Studio," "we," "us," or "our") operates (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Consulting, design, and development work we do for a client is governed by the written agreement for that work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls. Products we build and hand off to a client are the client's products and follow the client's terms.

If a product asks you to create an account, the information you provide must be accurate, and you must keep your login confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@faredgestudio.com if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.
You keep ownership of material you send us, including messages and files. You give us permission to use that material to respond to you and to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights needed to share it.
The Service, including our site design, text, graphics, and software, belongs to Far Edge Studio LLC or our licensors. You may not use our name or branding without written permission.
Some products may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. The price and billing terms are shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by the applicable store or payment provider, such as Apple, Google, or Stripe. The state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona are the exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these terms, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect our intellectual property.
